Our Role
We help ensure that the broadcasting industry is providing training and development opportunities that are relevant, inclusive and cost-effective to the thousands of people it employs.
However, we are not a policing organisation.
Simply, by being in a position to look at the total picture, we can identify common issues, evaluate the funding options, share good practice and see any gaps between what the industry might need and what broadcasters and training organisations are providing.
