Our Structure & Funding

Open, effective and independent are the watchwords of the BTSR and the Board reflects this.

The Board features a mix of three established industry figures, plus three members who have been drawn from outside the industry.

The BTSR Board meets every two months and minutes of all meetings are available for download from our Reports and Downloads section.

We are funded through a levy on broadcasters, who are assessed by Ofcom and levied according to their size. Given that we are financed by the industry, we want to ensure that you gain real value from our work.
